Mobilisation combines senior-led judgement with platform-driven data capture, analysis, and reporting. It is designed around a defined monthly shape of work, rather than open-ended discovery.
What each month typically includes
- Senior analysis and synthesis
- A defined set of discovery activities scheduled by agreement
- One consolidated findings and recommendations output
- A playback and decision discussion
How variation is managed
Mobilisation absorbs variation through tooling and automation, not through unlimited senior involvement.
Where requests materially increase the level of senior input required, Yopla will propose an extension to the mobilisation period or a change in scope before continuing.
What is not included
Mobilisation does not include implementation, ongoing operational support, or unlimited stakeholder sessions.
