A six-month product-building partnership that keeps direction, design and implementation together.

Scope of services

Yopla Studio helps the Client decide what matters, build useful product increments and learn from real use. The work proceeds through a shared product plan and visible review rhythm.

Client responsibilities

The Client will provide a product owner, timely decisions, safe access to agreed systems and honest feedback on working iterations.

Payment terms

Fees are charged monthly in advance. Included AI/development usage is shown in the proposal. Yopla will request approval before unapproved overage is incurred.

Intellectual property

The ownership and licensing position in Yopla's General Terms applies unless the order form says otherwise.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information shared during the engagement confidential.

Limitation of liability

The limitation of liability in Yopla's General Terms applies.

Termination

The engagement has the minimum term stated in the signed proposal. Renewal and notice arrangements are stated there.

Data protection

Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. Higher-risk personal-data processing is agreed before implementation.

Additional terms

The service is not unlimited consultancy or an unlimited number of parallel products. Material scope changes, accelerated work and new high-risk features are agreed before work begins.
